Billy basil is an iTesot Airtist and song writers, Original names Okia basil born from Kumi district found in Eastern Uganda.

Billy basil is a born of 19th April 1996 in Mukongoro county,Omerien village by Amodoi James Peter and Akiteng Magret.

He started music at primary 4,ntill he joined High school in Mukono Central view high School 2011 and wast the entertainment prifect.

In 2015 he created his own music lebble called Teso Music Empire T.M.E

Hes  common words are Mukongoro product which represents his home town gang.
