Elijah Ddumba also known as Empra Pennyworth. I am a soul music singer who created a genre i cristened ragga soul. I sing other styles as well. I started this journey when i was thirteen, trying to learn people and sing what they would love, as inspired by my mother, Nyange Penelope, wvo died in 2010.
