Good Ambrose UG was born in Awao-piny Village,Abako Sub- County, Moroto County
Alebtong District

His real names are Obongo Ambrose 
Born to Mr/Rev David Oluma and to Mrs Lillian Rose Angom and both are primary school teachers.

He was born on 12/5/1991 and he happens to be the first born in his family of 4 children with 2 boys and 2 girls.

He grew up far away from home district of Alebtong due to the Teaching  career of his parents.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Joined primary schooling at 
Amokoge PS in 1998

And sat his PLE in 2004 from Loro P7
O- Level, Lango College 2005- 2008
A- Level, kigumba Intensive SS 2009- 2010
Kyambogo University 2011- 2014
And owns a  Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Community development.

MUSICAL CAREER BACKGROUND
He got engaged in various choir activies in churches right from High School
He saw his first studio session under LazbeatsProduction in December 2016
And he came up with his first hit song  Alito that hit in clubs and or radio waves.

Good Ambrose  UG was nominated in 2017 in the reggae category though he didn't take it home in the LANGO ENTERTAINMENT AWARD
He was nominated again in 2018 under the same category and he was awarded Best Reggae Artist of the year in 2018  with his reggae hit song Awot Ityena
