Joee Mentor Ug Biography.

MATEGE WAAKO JOEL is also known as JOEE MENTOR UG, son of Gatumbu Samson WAAKO Sadhaibi and Gonza Jesca born on the 10th day of October  at Nakagyo Village, Iziru Perish, Buyengo Sub-county, Kagoma county, JINJA district in Eastern Uganda.

JOEE MENTOR UG is a singer/songwriter and performer,CEO and co-founder JM Music Lab.

The name Joee roots from the name Joel and the name Mentor means a teacher. Joee Mentor choose the name Mentor for two reasons

1. He is a professional teacher ( Kyambogo University).

2. His music is educational.

He has continuously added value to the Ugandan Music Industry as he has managed to selflessly use his gift to write and train music for top local  star since he officially started His music journey 

JOEE MENTOR UG first realize AKALUULU KAISANHU (Omuwala abayira) was realized in 2022. It is an amazing song 

From then, he released his own songs and many turned into slogans in Kampala up-to now, especially on social media.

His amazing writing skills melodies & vocal blending will inspire many other artists to collaborate with him on different projects 

JOEE MENTOR UG versatility has allowS him to do more than 4 styles of music including, Reggae, Dancehall, Afro Beat, Afro Pop, Rn'B, Zouk, and Folk and he is focused to manage release more hot tracks by the best producers in Uganda and other amazingly talented sound engineers and instrumentalists on both his writings and his own music.

Mentor can come up with a song any time anywhere as long he can access a recorder, beat it  pen and paper because He is inspired by almost everything so He never runs out of inspiration.
