Julia (stage names ) tugumisirize Julia born October 31 in buhweju Western part of Uganda ,is an rnb and afro pop artist who begun her singing career in high school at bweranyangyi school choir where she offered music both at O and A level..

She pursued a bachelor's degree in procurement and supply chain management from Mubs .

While at campus she joined 12keys band one of the best bands in western Uganda which groomed and shaped her career.

She's branded as an urban artist with most of her songs being in English and some Luganda.
