I Rubangakene Oscar Emmanuel commonly known by stage name kein ug is a Ugandan singer, performer and a song writer born 05/05/1998  in kitgum district. Kein ug is under record labelled GHETTO EVENT 

Kein musical career started in the year 2015 with a dancehall song called peturi ever since I started gravitating towards music I kept on releasing hits after hits mixed with few traditional songs
