Moshe Biography.

Karis Moses Oteba AKA Moshe is a Ugandan singer, song writer and actor born in the mid-eighties in the eastern region of Uganda. He began to sing and act as early as six years of age taking child roles and as a lead vocalist in the school choir and children’s church choir. Moshe is a seasoned church worship leader, lead BV and coach. Moshe sings for adoration, love, human rights, peace and development.
