Moureen Baibee Biography.
MOUREEN BAIBEE real name Moureen Rukundo is an artist from Western Uganda who is well known for her golden voice on western Uganda radio airwaves. She started singing in 2011 recording her first song "Ogarukye". In 2012 she started her radio career where she was nominated under Best Western Radio personality of the year category in The Royal Western Awards in 2015.
