Omar Rands is a new artist on the block currently not signed under any label. He's Real name is Omar Rands Semakula  and he definitely got what it takes  to become Africas finest 

    Omar Rands is a simple,  funny and down to earth guy  with a great sense of humor that when you listen to his first single "Teenagers" you'll keep wondering if he really Ugandan not until it comes to the last verse where he rhymes in Luganda.
