PICE Jovan Hotboy aka Nyombi Ivan Jovans born on the 5th of May in Kampala,Uganda is a male Afro pop and RnB urban artist.
Picejovan aka (Hotboy) grew up in lugazi mukono in a Christian family and he started singing back in school.where he was a main lead in a regional singing and dancing group (JEBS) due to his love for music he started working with various music producers as a backup artist .
Picejovan holds a certificate in broadcasting journalism and a diploma in marketing and advertising studies
