Requst Harmoni Biography.

Born in Mbale, Uganga on 19thFeb, 1990, Tanga Derick a.k.a. RequstHarmoni grew up in a middle-class household listening to Soul, R&B and Reggae Music. He compose, write and sing R&B, Reggae and Afro music, he as well play a piano, trumpet and guitar.

RequstHarmoni recalls a run in with R&B and Reggae icons Joe & Romain Virgo as an early inspiration to start his music career. He started out as lead vocal in the church, school while attending High School and later launching his solo career in 2016. He adopted the stage name “RequstHarmoni” which he describes “ Requst as people'srequest ever and “Harmoni” a music note that produce pleasing effect to his audience and it  was given by a friend of his because Harmony is a musical term and it is more uplifting,” he smiles, heis best known for the songs "Shitsina", "Nabukwasi" "Crush On You", and "maayi".
