Shivan Pavin Makombo Biography.

Shivan Pavin Makombo is a 21 year old, female Ugandan recording artiste, model, fashion designer and actress who started singing at the age of 11 in church choirs.

In 2013, she was contracted by Kampala's recording group, City Rock Entertainment, the "Teddy Tereza" Stars where she was instrumental in putting a magic touch to some of their best hits. After her contract ran out, shivan signed a lucrative contract with Fantasies Entertainment.

In 2015, she released 2 singles titled, "Super Winner" and "Bitono", two powerful dance hall songs that shook the industry.
