Allan Ceasar is a Ugandan upcoming musician who comes from the northern side of the country, he comes out with his musical name as a "Classic Boy" well he though signs it as Cllassicboy. He does number of genres but he is well known for Afrobeats explore in his country Uganda as young as the age of 20 years.
