Allan Official Bio.

He's a dance Hall performing artist with the stage name Allan Official and born in the early 2003's with his real name called Mulidwa Allan. He went to God's Hope Primary School and completed his primary level where he joined Agape High School. In 2017 gained interest of becoming a musician.
